JJJ Tile ships orders within the United States. Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products and delivery location.

Standard Shipping

  • $8 flat rate
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $70
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

  • $15 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

10 FT Tile Trim Shipping
Because our tile trims are supplied in 10 FT lengths, they require special handling and shipping.

  • 10 FT tile trim shipping: $39.99
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
  • Trim may ship separately from other products in your order.
  • Please inspect the trim and packaging promptly upon delivery and contact JJJ Tile if the product arrives damaged.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of JJJ Tile's control.

Local Miami Delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible orders within the designated delivery area.

  • Delivery fee: $25
  • Minimum order: $100
  • Delivery area: up to 12 miles from our designated JJJ Tile location

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our designated JJJ Tile location.

Orders are generally prepared for pickup within approximately 1 hour during applicable business hours. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact JJJ Tile as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. JJJ Tile is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
