Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from JJJ Tile. We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- Free from damage, installation marks, cuts, or modifications
- In their original packaging when applicable
To request a return, please contact us before shipping the item back. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Tile Trim Returns
10 FT tile trim must be returned uncut, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Trim that has been cut, installed, bent, scratched, or otherwise modified cannot be returned.
Because tile trim is a long-length item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact JJJ Tile as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, special-order, cut, modified, installed, or otherwise altered products are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different product, the original eligible item may be returned and a new order can be placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may be subject to our return policy.
